Yijia is an Analyst within the project management team at IRoise Partners and is currently pursuing a master's degree in management at ESSEC Business School.

Yijia previously worked as a part-time private equity analyst at Gain in the Netherlands for one year. She also interned in several financial institutions in China and Australia. These experiences have enabled her to acquire a solid foundation in private equity research and financial analysis.
